The State of Qatar chairs the first meeting of the Cyber Security Governance and Programs Committee in the GCC
The State of Qatar chaired the first meeting of the Cyber Security Governance and Programs Committee in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC), which was held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh. The meeting was chaired by Engineer Dana Al Abdullah, Director of National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs at the National Cyber Security Agency, and the Qatari delegation was headed by Ms. Reem Al Mansouri, Assistant Director of International Cooperation at the Agency. The meeting discussed a number of topics, including the guiding strategy for bolstering safety and cyber security within the GCC. Additionally, the meeting discussed training and capacity building for members of various cyber security entities in the GCC countries, with the aim of strengthening mutual work in the field of cyber security.Latest News
